SPACE AT ST. JOHN’S
Come to St. John’s on any given day and you’ll see that St. John’s Center welcomes and supports a variety of uses, from education to self help groups to lectures and lively music productions. The Center at St. John’s is a valued community resource providing space for non-profit organizations to hold classes, hold meetings, celebrate events, conduct spiritual activities and listen to music. We are a popular venue for classical music (European and Indian), chamber groups, choirs, and other musical offerings. We are also a popular wedding venue, especially for many Cal grads. With the exception of Weddings, space is available to non-profit organizations only. We must have a copy of the organization’s 501 © 3 not for profit tax status letter on file. We also require a certificate of insurance, naming St. John’s as an additional insured (minimum coverage of $1Million) for the date of events held on our site. Prospective space users need to contact St. John’s and discuss availability and rates with the church office. Once details are settled, you will be sent a space use agreement. A deposit is required at that time. The balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
