St. John’s Presbyterian Church and Center is a rich, diverse community resource providing space to non-profit organizations for meetings, events, classes, rehearsals and concerts. With the exception of weddings and memorials, space is available to non-profits only. |

Non-Profit Organizations Space Use Requirements • A copy of the organization’s 501 (c) (3) not for profit tax status letter. • Certificate of Insurance naming St. John’s as an additional insured (min. coverage of $1 Million) for the event held at St. John’s. • Signed Use Agreement |

• Scheduled time begins with
group’s designated arrival time and ends with group’s
designated departure time (includes set-up and clean-up time). Groups
must assist with setups and leave the space as they found it. • A room reservation and security deposit is required at the time of scheduling and the balance of the fee is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Sanctuary or Hunter Hall Rehearsals With a scheduled Event in the Sanctuary or Hunter Hall, $50/ hour (4 hour minimum). Without a scheduled Event in the Sanctuary or Hunter Hall, $200/ hour (4 hour minimum) Fee does not include equipment. Click here |
